The NSW Government has committed $250 million to the Griffith Base Hospital Redevelopment which will deliver a new hospital for Griffith and surrounding communities.

Our project is part of the NSW Government’s commitment to:

  • Keep people healthy and out of hospital
  • Provide world class clinical services with timely access and effective infrastructure
  • Invest in critical infrastructure.

Our team

Our experienced Redevelopment Team is committed to delivering the best outcomes possible for the project. The Griffith Base Hospital Redevelopment is a joint project between Health Infrastructure and the Murrumbidgee Local Health District. Our team also extends to the planning and construction of our project, including CBRE Project Managers and DJRD (architects). 

In 2022 ADCO Constructions were awarded the contract to construct the Clinical Services Building and complete finishing works. In the early and enabling works phase Hutchisons Builders completed construction of the temporary Paediatric Unit and Non Clinincal Services Building. Project Management Australia were contracted in 2020 to complete the Ambulatory Care Hub and expansion of the Medical Services Building and Inptient Unit.
